  • Trouble posting deal?

    Posted a deal but not visible on the Consumer App?

    if you have posted a deal using your own image, your deal will be pending approval by admin. (please load photos in advance to avoid this) Check you have entered your IntegraPay ID. Check the start date & time is current Check the status of deal is Active.

  • Login and Registration

    Why Should I Login?

    Without logging in, you can't redeem any deal. Login to track your purchases, cards, rewards, favorites etc.

    What is "Login with Facebook" feature?

    You can login with your facebook account. You don't need to remember username and password for Flash Market account. Please keep Facebook details correct and up-to-date.

    Where can I sign up to Flash Market?

    You can register through the Flash Market mobile app or website (www.flashmarket.com.au) . Login menu is available in app which will open login screen with Sign Up option. You can sign up with basic details. If you prefer to connect via Facebook account then registration is not required. You can login into Flash Market directly via your Facebook account.

    What if I forget my password?

    Simply click the “Login” button and enter your email address after “Forgot Password”, reset password link will be emailed to you.

  • Flash Market Reward Points

    How can I earn reward points?

    You can earn reward points by purchasing deals from the Flash Market platform. You can also invite friends using your referral code. Once your friend signs up to Flash Market using your code, you will receive reward points.

    How do I redeem my reward points?

    To redeem items from the Rewards Catalogue, open My Rewards screen from menu and click Redeem button to browse through the Rewards Catalogue. You can purchase an item by selecting the row of the item and clicking on the Redeem button from product details screen. You will receive a confirmation screen where you can enter your shipping details. After submitting, points will be deducted from your Account. All purchases for items from the Rewards Catalog are final and the Points will be deducted immediately from Participant's Rewards Account.

    How do I redeem after I make a purchase?

    For retail purchases, please head in store to collect your item and scan businesses QR code to complete transaction. For trades/services please scan QR code to complete transaction. Please check the deals terms & conditions before making purchase.
